By enrolling in That Girl Signature Session (“the Session”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Payment Options:

Pay in Full

The total session fee is £222.Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all program materials and session as outlined.

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pay Over 3 Months (Payment Plan)

The total session fee for the payment plan is £235.00 payable in 3 monthly instalments of approximately £79.00 each.

Payment is processed via a third-party provider (Klarna).

You will receive immediate access to the full session upon your first payment.

You agree to pay all scheduled payments on time according to your chosen provider’s billing cycle.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your session.

The payment plan price includes a premium to cover payment processing fees and administration costs.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided, including on payment plans.

Program Access:

Access to the program materials and sessions is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing program/session content with others is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate access if this term is violated.

Intellectual Property:

All content provided in the session is the intellectual property of That Girl Avenue ®Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Liability:

The session is for educational and coaching purposes only.

Results vary and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions.

That Girl Avenue ® is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of United Kingdom.
