This session is designed to help you work through one key energetic, emotional, or subconscious block at a time. Before the session, you’ll choose one main area to focus on such as confidence, money blocks, inner child healing, intuition, or energetic boundaries. Depending on your chosen focus, the session may include a blend of intuitive coaching, spirit-guided insight, tarot or intuitive reading, energy work, EFT-style techniques, guided inner processes, and practical integration support. This experience is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, blocked, or misaligned in one specific area and want to create a noticeable shift without trying to fix everything at once. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded with insight, direction, and next steps you can apply immediately. If you would like to work on one or more area you can book 3 sessions as a bundle for £297 (saving you £36). If you would like to do this option please contact me to discuss this.
