Service Description

Hatha Yoga is a grounding, slow paced practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the foundations of your practice. Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, offering options, space, and encouragement to move in a way that feels supportive for your body. Through steady postures, intentional breathing, and moments of stillness, Hatha Yoga helps to calm and regulate the nervous system, release built-up tension, and bring you out of your busy mind and back into your body. It’s the perfect class if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply craving time to switch off and reset. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more connected, with a sense of clarity and ease that carries with you beyond the mat. Please bring your own mat if you have one. I do have some spares available so if you would like one of these please let me know in the comments when booking.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for this class. If you are unable to attend and would like to pass your space on to somebody else then you are welcome to do so. Transfers may be considered no later than 48 hours before the event. Thank you for understanding.
