Service Description

Experience the unique frequencies and vibrations from our beautiful crystal bowls whilst also having crystals placed on your body to enhance holistic healing. The crystal bowls produce sounds that help you go into a deep state of relaxation, they also help to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and help to balance any energetic imbalances that you may have. Each session is limited to just 6 participants to maintain an intimate setting, so book early to avoid disappointment. Additionally, private classes are available upon request, making them ideal for corporate events, hen dos, birthdays, and more. Please wear warm comfortable clothing. You are more than welcome to bring your own pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Mats will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else along with you that may enhance your experience such as your own crystals, journal etc...
