Through meditation, intuitive coaching, ritual, and sound healing, you’ll shift out of effort and into alignment - where manifestation becomes effortless. What this experience is really about: Most manifestation techniques focus on doing more such as visualising harder, thinking positively,and trying to control the outcome. This ritual invites you to do the opposite. You’ll be guided into a deep connection with your higher self- the version of you who already knows what’s meant for you. From this space, your desires become clear, grounded, and aligned. From there, we move into a powerful surrender-based manifestation ritual, allowing you to set intentions once, release attachment, and trust divine timing. The experience includes: ✨ Higher Self Activation Meditation A guided meditation to help you shift out of fear, lack, and overthinking and connect with the version of you who already has what she desires. ✨ Manifestation Coaching & Intuitive Journaling You’ll be gently coached to translate higher-self guidance into clear, aligned intentions without forcing or overthinking. ✨ The Manifestation Capsule Ritual Your intentions are written, energetically activated, and sealed inside a manifestation capsule (bauble) — symbolising trust, surrender, and release. This capsule is intentionally stored away and revisited at the end of the year as a reflection of what unfolded. ✨ Sound Bath Integration We close with a sound bath to amplify, embed, and integrate your intention at a subconscious level - calming the nervous system and anchoring your manifestation energetically.
