We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in it's original packaging. 

To start a return please contact us on info@thatgirlavenue.co.uk where we will give you instructions on where to send the package. Unfortunately you will have to pay the postage to return the item to us. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so we can resolve this issue for you. 

 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Our processing time is 7 working days. Once your item has been shipped it should arrive with you in 2-4 working days. If anything is damaged we will try to resolve this but in most cases it won't be our fault and therefore you will need to contact the shipping provider (Royal Mail).
